BrickConnect is offered exclusively to businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code, BGB). We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
